WARTZ-OFF Return and Refund Policy
1. Statutory Consumer Rights (Faulty or Damaged Goods)
This policy operates in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country (including the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable Canadian and US consumer protection laws).
If your WARTZ-OFF product arrives physically damaged, defective, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the law. The photo documentation requirements in Section 2 do not apply to goods that arrive faulty or damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@wartzoff.com with a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
2. Our 90-Day "Satisfaction Guarantee"
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you use WARTZ-OFF as directed for the treatment of warts and do not see satisfactory results, you may be eligible for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
To protect our business against fraudulent claims and ensure the product was used as intended, this specific guarantee is strictly subject to the following documentation conditions.
3. Mandatory Photo Documentation (Guarantee Claims Only)
To be eligible for a refund under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide verified photographic evidence of your treatment progress. By offering this guarantee, we require the following steps to be completed:

Step 1: The "Before" Photo: You must take a clear photograph of the wart(s) you intend to treat within 3 days of your order's delivery date.

Requirement: To verify the date, the photo must include the WARTZ-OFF packaging or a piece of paper with the current date written on it visible in the frame.

Step 2: The "After" Photo: If you have used the product consistently and are requesting a refund, you must take a new, clear photograph of the same treatment area at the time of your request.

Step 3: Submission: Email both the "Before" and "After" photos to support@wartzoff.com within 90 days of your delivery date, along with your Order Number and a brief description of your usage routine.
Please Note: If you cannot provide a date-verified "Before" photo taken within 3 days of delivery, your request for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee will be denied. No exceptions will be made.
4. Privacy & Consent: Handling of Your Photographs
We respect your privacy. By submitting photographs of your skin/wart(s) to claim a refund, you are providing us with sensitive health information. We are committed to handling this data in strict compliance with international privacy laws (including GDPR, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Act).

Explicit Consent: By emailing us your photos for a refund request, you explicitly consent to our customer service team viewing these images solely for the purpose of validating your 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee claim.

Strictly Confidential: Your photos will never be used for marketing, advertising, or public testimonials.

Secure Deletion: Once your refund claim has been processed (approved or denied), your photographs will be permanently and securely deleted from our systems within 14 days. We do not store health-related images long-term.
5. Receiving Your Refund
If your claim meets all documentation requirements, your refund will be approved and processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We reserve the right to deny claims if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, digitally altered images, or abuse of this policy.
